El objetivo de este trabajo de grado es el diseño arquitectónico del Centro Administrativo municipal de la ciudad de Ibagué, que comprende la alcaldía municipal con sus diferentes dependencias, el cual se realizará con el fin de mejorar la eficiencia de la gestión municipal en la ciudad, ya que presenta grandes limitaciones de infraestructura de equipamiento para los empleados del municipio que presentan una insuficiencia en la gestión municipal y la atención al ciudadano, reuniendo las dependencias administrativas en un solo edificio para poder mejorar en el desarrollo de las actividades laborales y el ciudadano pueda acceder a las instalaciones de una forma armónica sin que afecte la calidad del servicio.
