Summary:	According to (Valencia-Basto, 2010.) defines: The healing process is a sequence of events that depend on the cellular dynamics of the injured and surrounding tissue. These cells allow the release of growth factors and cytokines to carry out repair in three phases: acute or inflammatory, cell proliferation and tissue remodeling. The objective of this research is to determine the efficacy of the post-extraction healing process using K-Cit® Gel as a healing agent vs. healing by secondary intention of alveoli in adult patients treated at the Antonio Nariño University dental clinic.
