El presente trabajo de grado, analiza y genera conexión de manera urbana sobre los elementos urbano musicales existentes en la zona centro (fundacional) de Ibagué-Tolima, tomando como factor principal el bienestar de los residentes y transeúntes de la misma; presentando de manera particular en cuanto a las articulaciones, tomar como factor primordial la movilidad de las personas y para las personas, generando espacios de permanencia y de caminata continua fluyendo sobre las bellezas culturales encontradas en este lugar, en recorrido de corta distancia. Todo esto buscando el fortalecimiento de los aspectos musicales, dándoles la importancia y jerarquía que se merecen, brindando una perspectiva y enfoque más claro de la ciudad musical de Colombia, partiendo de su esencia (zona centro).
