An inclusion will be generated by diferentes pedestrian elements, it will generate an
inclusion to the 19th partial plan of urban renovation, that is currently aproved in order to
unify the the "Andrés López de Galarza" park with the transport terminal; it is also
suggested the reubication of 6 blocks to create a pedestrian, environmental, comercial and
traffic inclusion to break the urban crack that produces negatives activities for the area and
the people who arrives from the terminal. It is also thought in the implementation of
diverses hotel areas, VIS and VIP houses and a bigger comercial zone, in order to this type
of poblation take the park and produce an urban apropiation |

It is also thought in the implementation of diverses hotel areas, VIS and VIP houses and a bigger comercial zone, in order to this type of poblation take the park and produce an urban apropiation El objetivo del presente trabajo es integrar peatonalmente el terminal de transporte de la ciudad de Ibagué con el parque Andrés López de Galarza, para desarrollar el corredor urbano comercial y cultural de la carrera tercera, propiciando una puerta urbana para la ciudad, debido a que actualmente no cuenta con elementos de integración. Se generará una integración mediante diversos elementos peatonales, se generará una integración al plan parcial de renovación urbana en la calle 19, que se encuentra actualmente aprobado con el fin de unificar el parque Andrés López de Galarza al terminal de transporte; también se plantea el replanteo de 6 manzanas para generar una integración peatonal, ambiental, comercial, vial, y romper esta grieta urbana generada por el parque y el terminal de transportes la cual genera actividades negativas para el sector para las personas que llegan del terminal, tales como turistas campesinos, personas del común etc., también se piensa en la implementación de diversas zonas hoteleras, vivienda VIS, VIP y una zona comercial más amplia, para que este tipo de población se apersone del parque y genere una apropiación urbana.
