Summary:	In this document, it is found how the urban landscape recovery and physical and environmental intervention of the San Simón fields are proposed, as well as the problem of the city of Ibague, which has a significant loss and deterioration of recreational spaces, where it is highlighted the importance of the place for the city, this being a place which has history, for more than 40 years it has been a space for recreation and use of free time.
