En este trabajo se encuentra el planteamiento de un centro de rehabilitación para la ciudad de Ibagué – Tolima; está basado en la recolección de datos, muestras de consumidores y tipos de droga que ingieren en la ciudad; también en las posibles soluciones que ofrecen tanto las entidades públicas, las leyes de gobierno, los manuales para la rehabilitación, los líderes barriales, personas del común e incluso los propios consumidores. Se hacen las debidas investigaciones con respecto al consumo de sustancias psicoactivas en Ibagué, adicionalmente se hizo un estudio de campo para saber cuántos puntos de ayuda, centros de rehabilitación o fundaciones existen en la ciudad, los tipos de procedimientos que se utilizan con los pacientes.
