obtained. Finally, an analysis work was carried out by the work team in which quantities and prices
were verified, revealing some flaws in the initial budget and a restructuring of the same was made
for delivery to the directors. |

Se realizó una pasantía en el proyecto Iflat 63 de la constructora Seny SAS, en la localidad de Chapinero en la calle 63 # 9-40 Bogotá, se trabajaron varios procesos de la construcción entre ellos la estructura, obra gris y obra blanca, donde se manejaron y se realizaron cantidades de obra con pedidos de los mismos. Por otra parte, en el desarrollo del sistema de administración se dio manejo a la facturación y presupuesto, para ello se utilizaron conceptos básicos para la aplicabilidad en el desarrollo de la actividad, adicionalmente se hizo una manejabilidad del cronograma donde muestra algunas inconformidades y se realizó un reajuste en la programación de la obra para que sus tiempos de entrega fueran cumplidos y se obtuviera un óptimo rendimiento. Por último, se realizó un trabajo de análisis por el equipo de obra en el que se verificaron cantidades y precios dejando en evidencia algunas fallas en el presupuesto inicial y se hizo una reestructuración del mismo para entrega a los directivos.
