benefit of the associates, and likewise implementing debtors insurance so that the fund has greater
support when granting loans to associates.
An improvement plan was sought, expanded in the interest tables that are currently
available, in order to be able to implement new lines of credit with an interest rate lower than the
existing one and likewise a debtor insurance so that when making credits, both the associate and
the fund have a backup in case they cannot continue discovering their payments for some reason. |

Con este proyecto se propone diseñar un manual de estrategias en los procesos de cartera del Fondo de Empleados SOLCRECER de la ciudad de Santa Marta. Fortaleciendo al fondo con nuevas líneas de crédito y creando estrategias para la recuperación de la cartera de difícil cobro, ofreciéndole a la empresa diferentes opciones de líneas de créditos para beneficio de los asociados, y así mismo implementar seguros deudores para que el fondo cuente con mayor respaldo a la hora de otorgar créditos a los asociados. Se buscó un plan de mejoramiento, basándose en las tablas de intereses con la que se cuenta actualmente, para así poder implementar nuevas líneas de crédito con una tasa de interés inferior a la existente y así mismo un seguro deudor para que a la hora de realizar créditos, tanto el asociado, como el fondo cuente con un respaldo en caso tal no pueda seguir generando sus pagos por algún motivo.
