Summary:	In Aguachica, southern municipality of Cesar, 301 km from the Capital, Valledupar, being a nodal road city of the regions: Santander, Norte de Santander, Bolívar, Magdalena and Costa, which connected and benefited the floating residents, coming from 17 surrounding towns in this project, an analysis and project fieldwork of residents of the Higher Education Institution (IES) was carried out and it was shown that it lacked university residential units, especially 1,297 that do not reside in the municipal seat.
