Este escrito es parte de un estudio reflexivo sobre las emociones y su lugar en el cuerpo, se encuentra dividido en dos partes, donde la primera resume los conceptos básicos del proyecto como lo son el sitio de las emociones, su impacto en el cuerpo, el origen de las mismas y sintetiza un estudio teórico sobre las afecciones emocionales sobre la salud y la vida generalmente. La segunda parte contiene descripciones anecdóticas sobre los procesos plásticos que se dieron gracias a las curiosidades sobre las emociones en el cuerpo, la afectividad, la vulnerabilidad, la construcción de los individuos, el tiempo y su desarrollo posterior en la obra Notas Poéticas Corporales. Este segmento narra linealmente el proceso y los descubrimientos que se dieron en medio de la elaboración y exposición de parte de la obra.
