La ansiedad es una patología con alta prevalencia en nuestra población, los médicos han demostrado tener mayores cifras de ansiedad y se han descrito resultados adversos en la atención médica debido a este trastorno. La resiliencia se ha definido como un factor protector a enfermedades físicas y psicológicas que evita el deterioro emocional.
