El objetivo de realizar esta pasantía es brindar un apoyo técnico, administrativo en el seguimiento y supervisión de las obras civiles ejecutadas en el momento, debido a que con este personal de apoyo el residente de obra se encontraba colapsado de trabajo y esto implicaba pérdida de tiempo y muy poco tiempo dedicado a la gestión de los proyectos. En esta pasantía se realizaron varias actividades desde brindarle un apoyo al residente de obra con el fin de cumplir los cronogramas propuestos, en el ámbito administrativo debido a que la empresa estaba realizando la actualización de contratos laborales y pagos realizados a cada trabajador de la empresa, entre otras nombradas en las bitácoras diarias. La adquisición de algunos conocimientos luego de desarrollar estas actividades como la supervisión y seguimientos de obras seguido de calcular cantidades de obra necesarias para cada proyecto y realizar los respectivos pedidos esto con el fin de crecer como profesional.
