teachers and former students of teacher Marlio Cortés Gómez, were taken as the universe of the
investigation.

a timeline that crosses and points out the most significant experiences of the teacher's career, as a
self-taught teacher, teacher trainer and artistic and cultural manager of Afro Caribbean dance and
