Diseño y fabricación de dos prototipos de lámparas colgantes en madera con potencia máxima de 30 W para iluminación de interiores mediante metodología (DFMA) e ingeniería inversa para la empresa Tablecortes S.A.S.

The proposal of this project is to design and manufacture two prototypes of wooden pendant lamps for interior lighting with light capacity between 100 to 200 Luxes, maximum power of 30 W, connection of an E27 LED bulb and minimum dimensions of 0.6x0.6x0.6 m, through the reverse engineering and desig...

Description
Summary:The proposal of this project is to design and manufacture two prototypes of wooden pendant lamps for interior lighting with light capacity between 100 to 200 Luxes, maximum power of 30 W, connection of an E27 LED bulb and minimum dimensions of 0.6x0.6x0.6 m, through the reverse engineering and design methodology for manufacturing and assembly, highlighting the versatility, the avant-garde and the dynamism offered by the DFMA methodology for the improvement in the design of these elements that are already constituted. Normally there are lamps that consist of screws and rustic modeling that a slow and tedious manufacturing process, being an aspect to take into account of this project, looking for improvements to elements of this type, such as the replacement of screws by wedges or other fastening methods that facilitate the assembly of the elements and implementing tools (guides) that improve the cutting of the pieces, reducing the manufacturing time; It is intended to take advantage of this idea with the company Tablecortes S.A.S., who work in the wood trade, in addition to proposing not only the design of the lamps but also the tools contemplated with the DFMA methodology for the execution of this project.
