| Summary: | With this degree work, it was possible to build a tool that manages to identify the
inconsistencies presented between the Academic and Financial Systems of the Universidad
la Gran Colombia, in relation to the payment of registration receipts for applicants who wish
to enter the institution. According to the activities carried out, it will be possible to obtain the
data from the registration forms and receipts generated between the years 2021 to 2022
from the Information Systems. The data extraction, transformation and loading was
performed using an ETL, extracting this from the source sources, performing the
corresponding data treatment and storing them in a destination source with a new model.
From the development of the tool, it is intended to implement it to identify cases that present
inconsistencies and thus solve them in a timely and agile manner to avoid inconveniences
or complaints during the process. In addition, this application allows it to be adapted and
implemented in other processes or areas of the institution and which in turn allows improving
data analysis and information visualization |
