De esta manera, desde mi experiencia relataré que elementos de mi formación me permitieron consolidar una metodología que aplico tanto en el proceso creativo de una obra o puesta en escena, como en las técnicas y metodologías de entrenamiento y enseñanza, dicho esto, comprenderemos de que forma se relacionan estas tres ramas de las artes escénicas, demostrando también como la interdisciplinaridad está presente en mis trabajos escénicos, permitiéndome comunicar el mensaje o idea principal de mis creaciones y procesos desde tres diferentes enfoques; en este caso, danza y música de géneros urbanos, folklóricos y ritmos populares, y teatro musical.
