localities 16. Bosa, 17. Kennedy, 3. Arborizadora and 18. Tunjuelito, in which the urban,
environmental and social problems are analyzed and solutions will be given through the partial
plan in which they implement strategies that promote the relationship between city and water
making use of ecosystem service concepts, NBS nature-based solutions and water-sensitive
designs. For the project, tools of ecological urbanism implemented by Rueda S. (1995) are
involved, in which it seeks to enhance natural resources and recover equitable use for the citizen
in order to create a more sustainable urban model. Finally, within the entire study polygon,
sections are established that are divided by characteristics and problems of the place, which
allows defining the intervention section that brings together social and environmental effects that
impact the water zone of the Tunjuelito river |

El polígono de estudio comprende las localidades 16. Bosa, 17. Kennedy, 3. Arborizadora y 18. Tunjuelito en las cuales se analizan las problemáticas urbanas, ambientales y sociales a las que se le dará solución por medio del plan parcial en el cual se implementan estrategias que promuevan la relación entre ciudad y agua haciendo uso de conceptos de servicios ecosistémicos, NBS soluciones basadas en la naturaleza y diseños sensibles al agua. Para el proyecto se involucran herramientas del urbanismo ecológico implementadas por Rueda S. (1995) en la cual busca potenciar los recursos naturales y recuperar el uso equitativo para el ciudadano con el fin de crear un modelo urbano más sostenible. Finalmente, dentro de todo el polígono de estudio se establecen tramos que son divididos por características y problemáticas propias del lugar lo cual permite definir el tramo de intervención que reúne afectaciones sociales y ambientales que impactan la ronda hídrica del rio Tunjuelito.
