Due to this, a data collection is carried out in official and governmental information sources and strategic documentation, which demonstrate the most relevant variables and the conditions that affect housing, for example, the high energy consumption in the city of Bogotá, which they are generated mainly by the high concentration of residential use in some localities such as Bosa, Suba and Kennedy between 2008 and 2012 the capital increased energy consumption by 4%, going from 3,500 Gwh to 3,700 Gwh respectively (Martínez, 2013 ) and, in addition to the high population density and the growth of VIS housing projected in recent years.

Este proyecto de investigación expone las diferentes problemáticas de sostenibilidad que presenta el tipo de vivienda VIS en la localidad de Bosa en la ciudad de Bogotá. Debido a esto, se realiza una recolección de datos en fuentes de información oficiales y gubernamentales y documentación estratégica, que demuestran las variables más relevantes y las condicionantes que afectan la vivienda, por ejemplo, los elevados consumos energéticos en la ciudad de Bogotá, los cuales se generan principalmente por la elevada concentración del uso residencial en algunas localidades como Bosa, Suba y Kennedy entre los años 2008 y 2012 la capital aumento el consumo de energía en un 4%, al pasar de 3.500 Gwh a 3.700 Gwh respectivamente (Martínez, 2013) y, además de la alta densidad de población y el crecimiento de vivienda VIS proyectado en los últimos años.
