Summary:The project that Formulation and description of the problem is presented arises from the need to facilitate and streamline the administrative processes of horizontal property, enhancing the work of the administrator and the team under his command, since in many cases in the environment, it is still being done manually and due to the Covid19 pandemic, the need for a completely virtual connection has become evident on a larger scale to avoid the risks that physical contact has in this eventuality, however, it is intended to cover a shortcoming detected in the properties long before to present the current situation. Due to the aforementioned, it is necessary to automate the processes of administration of common areas, communication with the residents of the horizontal property, management of payments and contributions, management of procedures before the administration, issuance of certificates and virtual invoicing covering functional modules that cover the activities carried out by the assembly of co-owners, the board of directors, the surveillance company, the administrator, the accountant and the residents, each one approaching each other in a digital way and at the same time carrying out a more transparent and flexible management that fits the model residential complex administrative
