Summary:	The Covid-19 pandemic represents one of the greatest phenomena that the world has had to face in recent times, with it many transformations were generated in the lives of families and the consequent emergence of some difficulties that represent the main interest of this The general objective of this work was to analyze family conflicts associated with changes in the educational process of adolescents at the Tadó-Chocó Agro-environmental Technical Institute (ITA) in the time of Covid-19 in order to design a family mediation proposal that allows them to be managed. The methodological strategy is based on a qualitative approach and was developed through the phenomenological method, the collection of information was carried out through the use of indepth interviews directed to the parents of the targeted students, the results were processed in a coding open and then crossed to check the correspondence with the categorical system that had been operationalized. The main findings reveal the strategy that the educational institution implemented to continue with the educational process, the level of adherence by the students and their families, as well as the family conflicts that arose in the framework of its implementation, in the end it raises how this the scenario becomes propitious for family mediation to propose a strategy that allows them to be managed positively.
