| Summary: | This project analyzes the main threats produced by the population increase in the municipality of San José de Cúcuta, focusing on two areas that have affected th e most: the housing deficit and environmental pollution; Quantitative data will be extracted that affirm the problems exposed in the municipality of Cúcuta, the urban context and its areas of influence will be analyzed giving a better approach to the probl em, it will be analyzed which is the best alternative to contribute to the housing deficit and ways to reduce environmental pollution due to the increase in the population, coming to a solution with a project in which it was given its due process of invest igation of the area for its best approach, proposing a housing plan offering a way of easy accessibility to these to the population with incomes between 1 to 4 minimum wages and who do not have easy access to a home, an urban design is also proposed to imp to commune 4 of the city and provide an analysis in the area of rove access the point proposing a solution to the problems found in the sector. |
