identified, an acknowledgment of all the functions carried out within this area is carried out,
information, data and files are reviewed, and a work schedule is established in order to prepare
the report within the established dates.
The work focused on the restructuring of the information system for the proper inspection
of the vehicles that arrive at the Fast Terminal company, which was determined after an
exhaustive analysis of the historical data presented in recent years and the tasks carried out
within the Full Inspection Check In process. Each of the activities carried out reinforces the
knowledge acquired during the course of the degree and molds it to the challenges of the labor
field, more specifically in the identification of difficulties to which the processes are exposed on
a daily basis and to implement effective solutions before there are factors that cannot be
controlled. |

Esta propuesta presenta el desarrollo de cada una de las actividades implementadas a lo largo de la pasantía para resolver la problemática que presenta la empresa Fast Terminal con respecto al proceso de inspección del producto que manejan. Una vez identificada la necesidad de mejora se procede hacer un reconocimiento de todas las funciones realizadas dentro de esta área, realizar revisión de información, datos y archivos, establecer un cronograma de trabajo con el fin de elaborar el informe dentro de las fechas establecidas. El trabajo se centró en la reestructuración del sistema de información para la inspección adecuada de los vehículos que arriban a la empresa Fast Terminal, el cual se determinó después de unos análisis exhaustivos de los históricos presentados en los últimos años y de las tareas realizadas dentro del proceso de Full Inspection Check In. Cada una de las actividades ejecutadas afianza los conocimientos adquiridos en el trascurso de la carrera y los moldea a los desafíos del campo laboral, más específicamente en la identificación de dificultades a las que se encuentran expuestos los procesos diariamente y poner en marcha soluciones eficaces antes que se presenten factores que no se puedan controlar.
