information verified by the organization, its origins were found. Once the root of the
problem was found, the proposal was designed, which includes presentation and
generalities, benefits of its implementation and a before and after analysis of the efficiency
of the machinery and equipment belonging to the study area. |

El presente informe describe cada una de las actividades planeadas para cumplir con la finalidad de esta propuesta, que consiste en disminuir las demoras del proceso de recepción de crudo de palma de la empresa Tequendama, perteneciente al Grupo Daabon. Esta compañía está ubicada en la ciudad de Santa Marta, específicamente en el barrio de Mamatoco y se dedica a refinar el aceite extraído de la palma africana para encontrarse acto ante el consumo humano. Al conocer la situación, se realizó un estudio de las diferentes variables que de una u otra forma son la causa de las dificultades evidenciadas en el área y al revisar la información constatada por la organización se lograron hallar sus orígenes. Una vez hallada la raíz de la problemática, se diseñó la propuesta, la cual comprende presentación y generalidades, beneficios de su implementación y un análisis de antes y el después de la eficiencia de la maquinaria y equipos pertenecientes al área de estudio.
