| Summary: | This research is carried out with the purpose of making a Proposal for improvement in the
production processes under the philosophy of Lean Manufacturing of the company Productos
Químicos Caribe S.A.S in the city of Cartagena, given the need that arises to improve the
preparation process of products such as: cleaners, citronella, dishwashing liquid, liquid soaps,
industrial and national Carolina. With this project, improvements will be suggested for the
production process, in order to have greater control in the process. To comply with this, a diagnosis
of the procedures carried out will first be carried out using tools such as the study of time and
movement of the process, design of plants and study of 5S "which will allow knowing its operation,
identification of shortcomings and generation of improvement opportunities. A strategy will be
proposed such as: Determine an ideal production plant design for the company Productos
Químicos del Caribe S.A.S, Propose Lean Manufacturing techniques to improve productivity in
the company Productos Caribe according to your requirement. |
