Sumario: | The goal of this study was to describe the relation between technostress and work
performance within teachers of the Riohacha UAN campus, with base in the labor demands and
resources model, as well as the current technostress conceptualization. For this, the perception of
technostress, the symptons and the coping styles were measured, as well as the self-percieved
work performance. The study corresponded to a non experimental design of cross correlational
scope, with a sample of fourteen participants. The stadistical analisis was made by Spearman; rho
coefficient through the SPSS program, finding as main results that the teachers present in general
terms, optimal evels of work performance due to having low levels of technostress. It can be
concluded that the referenced population presents an attitude of empathy for the use of ICT in the
performance of their professional practice |
