necessary information is collected such as the project plans, material costs through billing
and quotes and with this the calculations of the respective quantities of the project in the current phase are made. and the APU's necessary to calculate the direct costs of the project,
this putting into practice the knowledge obtained by the intern. |

El siguiente trabajo se realiza durante el desarrollo de la pasantía en la empresa GM construcciones asociados S.A.S ubicado en la ciudad de Sogamoso Boyacá, el cual diseña, construye y vende proyectos inmobiliarios. Donde actualmente se encuentra en la construcción del proyecto multifamiliar Torres del Norte, la cual consta de 3 torres de apartamentos. Torre 3 de 8 niveles, torre 2 de 10 niveles y en torre 1 donde se desarrolla la pasantía que consta de 12 niveles donde se realizarán controles de presupuestos de la obra desde la sexta placa hasta la décima placa que las cuales son fases constructivas en las que el estudiante estará Presente. Este documento presenta el informe al apoyo en los presupuestos del proyecto donde se recolectó la información necesario como los planos del proyecto, costos de materiales a través de facturación y cotizaciones y con esto se realiza los cálculos de las respectivas cantidades del proyecto en la fase actual y los APU’s necesarios para calcular los costos directos del proyecto, esto poniendo en práctica los conocimientos conseguidos por el pasante.
