description	The purpose of this document is to evaluate the coffee supply chain in the province of Lengupá, it is based on the SCOR model, which is why the methodology established in this study is descriptive of an exploratory type with a mixed approach, it is considered descriptive by the identification of the supply chain associated with the production of coffee in the province of Lengupá, exploratory because there are particular problems of the region in the study and the innovation developed in the analysis method shows that it has not been applied before in this region, As a result of this project, the current conditions of the supply chain are based and it is valued in its different phases through metrics of the SCOR model. In the same way, the prioritization of problems shows that there are structural conditions in aspects such as infrastructure, costs, assets, agility, trust and sensitivity of processes within the chain to which represent the logistics level of this chain in the region. As a conclusion of this project, the processes of the chain are identified, highlighting the importance of characterizing the problem and proposing short-term alternatives; the metrics through which the processes, categories and integration links were prioritized emerge the performance of the supply chain for small coffee growers. In this same sense, the particular scenarios of the province of Lengupá require logistical integration and the intervention components are associated with various actors with differentiated roles within the chain

In this same sense, the particular scenarios of the province of Lengupá require logistical integration and the intervention components are associated with various actors with differentiated roles within the chain Este documento tiene como finalidad evaluar la cadena de abastecimiento del café en la provincia de Lengupá, se fundamenta en el modelo SCOR, motivo por el cual la metodología establecida en este estudio es descriptiva de tipo exploratoria con enfoque mixto, se considera descriptiva por la identificación de la cadena de abastecimiento asociada a la producción de café en la provincia de Lengupá, exploratoria porque existen problemáticas particulares de la región en el estudio y la innovación desarrolla en el método de análisis se evidencia que no ha sido aplicado con anterioridad en esta región, como resultado de este proyecto se establecen las condiciones actuales de la cadena de abastecimiento y es valorada en sus diferentes fases por medio de métricas propias del modelo SCOR, de igual forma la priorización de problemáticas muestra que existen condiciones estructurales en aspectos como infraestructura, costos, activos, agilidad, fiabilidad y sensibilidad de procesos dentro de la cadena los cuales representan el nivel logístico de esta cadena en la región. Como conclusión de este proyecto se identifican los procesos de la cadena, resaltando la importancia de caracterizar la problemática y proponer alternativas acorto plazo; las métricas por medio de las cuales se priorizaron los procesos, categorías y enlaces de integración afectan el desempeño de la cadena de abastecimiento para pequeños caficultores. En este mismo sentido los escenarios particulares de la provincia de Lengupá requieren integración logística y los componentes de intervención se encuentran asociados a varios actores con roles diferenciados dentro de la cadena.
