La empresa GM construcciones Asociados S.A.S se encuentra situada en la ciudad de Sogamoso Boyacá, esta empresa tiene una gran experiencia en la construcción de infraestructura de vivienda tanto de interés social tipo VIS como No VIS. Actualmente se encuentra ejecutando el proyecto multifamiliar Torres del norte que consta de 3 torres y se ejecutara en 3 etapas la primera torre cuenta con 8 pisos la segunda con 10 pisos y la ultima en la cual se realizó la práctica de 12 pisos esta se denomina torre 1 (Etapa3) la cual está compuesta por dos pisos de parqueaderos con 26 parqueaderos privados y 3 locales comerciales en estas dos plantas, a su vez cuenta con 11 pisos de apartamentos con 7 unidades residenciales por piso para un total de 77 apartamentos, esta torre tiene un área total construida de 8353,08 m², para apoyo en la fase constructiva la empresa requiere de pasantes de ingeniería civil que cumplan el rol de auxiliar de residente de obra. En este documento se plasman las labores que se realizaron como pasante durante la ejecución de su práctica en el apoyo al ingeniero residente desde la sexta placa de entrepiso hasta la décima placa en el proyecto multifamiliar Torres del Norte brindando apoyo en las labores de seguimiento y control de la etapa constructiva.
