formulation of projects and their management, making a contribution for the improvement of the
processes mentioned above. |

El propósito de la pasantía es ser el apoyo técnico para suplir la supervisión y seguimiento que demanden estas actividades, ya que el no contar con este personal implica pérdida de tiempo en la formulación de proyectos y su gestión, haciendo un aporte para el mejoramiento de los procesos mencionados anteriormente. En esta práctica se realizaron varias actividades en apoyo a la oficina de Planeación y Desempeño Institucional de la alcaldía de Nobsa, como revisión y seguimiento de proyectos, elaboración de propuestas técnicas, control y seguimiento de obras, avances de obra, visitas de inspección de diferentes obras que se tiene el municipio, entre otras nombradas en las bitácoras diarias, permitiéndome crecer como profesional.
