El aceite de aguacate es un producto de origen vegetal que se ha convertido en los últimos años en el favorito de los consumidores al momento de cocinar, esto se debe a la fuente de nutrientes, vitaminas y beneficios que aporta para la salud. Teniendo en cuenta la finalidad de este plan de negocio, es necesario desarrollar una ruta procesos para determinar la viabilidad de la exportación de aceite de aguacate tipo Hass desde la ciudad de Ibagué hacia Países Bajos. Para llevar a cabo lo descrito anteriormente es necesario tomar como referencia las estadísticas de tendencia y consumo global del producto, además de revisar temas del mercado y competencia, determinar un plan operativo que este acorde con el debido proceso logístico y un plan financiero, que a partir de este de lleve a cabo un buen desarrollo del proyecto. Por lo tanto, se ha logrado identificar la viabilidad de exportación de este plan de negocio hacia el mercado neerlandés siguiendo los parámetros ya mencionados.
