With this established, the project seeks to provide a practical solution to the elements found today, developing alternatives and exposing highly relevant characters from the analysis and referential interventions that allow to conclude with a specific architectonic alternative, taking into account theoretical and conceptual elements for the improvement of the rice culture of the territory.

El siguiente trabajo es desarrollado en el juncal, una extensión del municipio de Palermo, el cual ha sido escenario de concentración y crecimiento de actividades arroceras, prestándose para el desarrollo de un trabajo investigativo que permita analizar a profundidad las problemáticas actuales que azotan al sector campesino arrocero general, y a partir de este análisis, se desarrolla una pregunta de investigación que direccionará el proyecto, siendo esta la de: ¿Cómo diseñar espacios agro productivos sostenibles que garanticen estabilidad y mitiguen las problemáticas de los pequeños productores de arroz del territorio en la actualidad? Con esto establecido, el proyecto busca dar solución practica ante los elementos encontrados en la actualidad, desarrollando alternativas y exponiendo caracteres de alta relevancia a partir del análisis, dialogo con el gremio del sector e intervenciones referenciales que permitan concluir con una alternativa arquitectónica puntual que rija y tenga en especial consideración las bases teóricas y elementos conceptuales para el mejoramiento de la cultura arrocera del territorio.
