As mentioned with the above, an investigation of some aspects of
gastronomic tourism is carried out to complement it through mobile architecture as a
transformable mobile prototype that adapts to space and needs, which can be
dismantled and transported as in the ephemeral architecture, as is the method. Make
franchise models in recognition of the typical dishes of the region that address an
importance of identity in our country. |
