Las diferentes tecnologías de comunicación han ayudado al mundo entero a sobrepasar situaciones adversas de diversas formas y han entrado con fuerza, en la difícil situación que estamos atravesando actualmente; la actual presencia del COVID 19. A raíz de la pandemia actual, las diferentes empresas han tenido que realizar una serie de adecuaciones, para así cumplir con las normas establecidas por el sistema sanitario. Hoy en día gracias a la ayuda de la tele consulta podemos realizar atención a distancia, ya sea por motivos de prevención de contagio o porque la misma modernización en salud exige ofrecer otras formas de atención a los usuarios.
