In addition to a marked tendency to selfishness and poor effectivity in communication. That is why the present research tends to strengthen soft skills to improve school convivence in elementary school. A type of qualitative research was used, with a quasi-experimental, descriptive design, which seeks to determine the progress between HB and school coexistence, through a pre and post test, as well as the design and implementation of a VLO that contributes to the appropriation and management of these SS. A population of 70 students from the 5th grade of elementary school and a non-probabilistic sample divided into a control group and an experimental group with 15 each were studied. The information collected allowed to conclude in the research that soft skills are related and significantly influence the improvement of the school convivence of the students who received the intervention with the VLO while the control group maintained the level of their data, in addition, the development of the SS, under the directive of the VLO not only contributes meaningfully to the strengthening of the SS and school convivence, it also generates relevant contributions to the integral education of the students.

Una problemática que afecta al grado quinto del Colegio Francisco Javier Matiz es los conflictos de convivencia ocasionando violencia, además de una marcada comunicación poco efectiva. Es por ello, que en la presente investigación se buscó el fortalecimiento de las habilidades blandas (HB) para el mejoramiento de la convivencia escolar en primaria. Se utilizó un tipo de investigación cualitativa, con diseño cuasi-experimental, que busca determinar el avance entre las habilidades blandas y la convivencia escolar, mediante una prueba pre y post. Además, del diseño e implementación de un objeto virtual del aprendizaje que contribuyó en el manejo de estas HB. Se trabajó con una población de 70 estudiantes de 5° de primaria y una muestra no probabilística dividida en un grupo control y un grupo experimental. La información recolectada permitió concluir en la investigación que las habilidades blandas se relacionan e influyen significativamente en la mejora de la convivencia escolar.
