differentiating factor over their competition. There are many useful tools for the proper
management of business resources, a clear example is the 5'S continuous improvement
methodology considered one of the basic tools within Lean Manufacturing, it consists of five
principles that aim to achieve a culture of order and cleaning creating a dynamic where
collaborators participate voluntarily and responsibly. |
