Solutions are proposed that allow to favor the sustainable development of a region, the alternatives that are proposed must be adjusted to give the best solution and conditions to the need and the proposed road infrastructure. Access to a tourist¿ viewpoint in the municipality of Cerinza Boyacá is somewhat tedious and promotes a bad image for the tourist viewpoint, five different paving alternatives are presented, where a small description of each one is made as well as their advantages and disadvantages which give a More information on the best alternative, in terms of the technical part, structural designs and unit price analyzes are carried out, it is also important to include the community in the project, which is why a survey is necessary to know the opinion of the municipality. Having the necessary information on each alternative, a prioritization is proposed to determine which of the five alternatives presents a better image to be executed in the project, a weighting of three categories is carried out: durability, economic, social and environmental and finally sustainability, to each category are attributed some percentages which are based on the aforementioned techniques, in this way you can conclude which of the five alternatives is the best for the project. |

Es innegable que el realizar un estudio de factibilidad y sostenibilidad es de gran importancia para efectuar unos análisis los cuales aportaran una toma de decisiones y viabilidad de un proyecto. Estudios de investigación y evaluación de alternativas sobre mantenimiento y rehabilitación de vías terciarias permiten un uso de aprovechamiento de recursos y materiales que reducen costos, lo cual logra una mesura económica, social y ambiental. Se plantean soluciones las cuales permitan favorecer el desarrollo sostenible de una región, las alternativas que se plantean deben ajustarse para dar la mejor solución y condiciones a la necesidad y la infraestructura vial planteada. El acceso a un mirador turístico en el municipio de Cerinza Boyacá es algo tedioso y fomenta mala imagen para el mirador turístico, se presentan cinco diferentes alternativas de pavimentación, donde se realiza una pequeña descripción de cada una así como sus ventajas y desventajas las cuales dan una mayor información de la mejor alternativa, en cuanto a la parte técnica se realizan diseños estructurales y unos análisis de precios unitarios, también es importante incluir a la comunidad en el proyecto es por ello que la realización de una encuesta es necesaria para conocer la opinión del municipio. Teniendo información necesaria de cada alternativa se plantea realizar una priorización para determinar cuál de las cinco alternativas presenta una mejor imagen para ser ejecutada en el proyecto, se realiza una ponderación de tres categorías: durabilidad, económica social y ambiental y por último sostenibilidad, a cada categoría se le atribuyen unos porcentajes los cuales son basados en las técnicas ya antes mencionadas, de esta manera llegares a concluir cuál de las cinco alternativas es la mejor para el proyecto.
