With this, they must have respect for the gestational process they are going through so that their final process, that is, the delivery is carried out in a humanized way, which provides emotional moments for the mother with skin-to-skin contact with the son of her. |

El presente trabajo investigativo está fundamentado en explorar la importancia y beneficios del trato humanizado en el trabajo de parto de diez mujeres de origen venezolano, dado a partir del momento en que el que empieza su trabajo de parto, de ahí se presenta el plan de parto una vez ingresa por urgencias al servicio médico y como desde la perspectiva y el relato se despliega el manejo que tiene el personal médico hacia la mujer pues desde su protagonismo expresa sus preferencias, necesidades, deseos y expectativas sobre el proceso del parto y nacimiento respetando sus 40 semanas de gestión, o si por algún motivo de salud ya sea por parte del bebé o de su progenitora, establecer el estado de salud de ambos, este tipo de cuidados incluye, quiénes deben estar presentes, dónde debe ocurrir, cómo le gustaría que sea el ambiente en el hospital o clínica, cual es la posición de su preferencia frente al trato humanizado por parte de los servicios médicos, como la atención recibida por médicos, anestesiólogos, médico general y cuidados por parte de las enfermeras que es el trato en donde se involucra la manera en la que se implementan dichos cuidados, qué métodos de alivio del dolor desea usar o no desea, qué quisiera que se haga o deje de hacer a su recién nacido. Con ello se debe tener un respeto por el proceso gestacional por el que están pasando para que finalmente el parto se lleve de manera humanizada, mismo que brinda momentos emotivos para la madre con el contacto piel a piel con su hijo.
