Dentro de este escrito de trabajo de grado se desarrollará el análisis de todo el proyecto con el fin de encontrar posibles soluciones o prácticas que ayuden a solventar algunas problemáticas que tiene actualmente el municipio del espinal, desde una metodología práctica como es la investigación cualitativa, con el fin de encontrar respuestas a todo lo planteado en el desarrollo cultural y turístico del municipio desde factores constructivos puntuales y urbanos.
