Summary:	Within this paper of degree will develop the analysis of the whole project in order to find possible solutions or practices that help to solve some problems that currently have the municipality of the spine, from a practical methodology such as qualitative research, in order to find answers to everything raised in the cultural and tourist development of the municipality from specific and urban constructive factors. The main idea is aimed at the tourist - cultural landscape projection of the municipality of Espinal-Tolima from existing areas, with the use of related environmental conditions within the research, considering that it is a place abundant in riches of Fauna and Flora and in turn in traditions that have a quite attractive legacy to the public.
