As the main analysis technique, matrices were developed as evaluation and measurement methods for sustainability and habitability, using management indicators, which are selected according to the need of the place of study and based on the real conditions of informality; Factors such as materiality, spatial conformation, physical aspects of the environment and characteristics of the home will be analyzed

La investigación que se ha desarrollado es de tipo descriptivo, se toma como lugar de estudio el asentamiento Alto Mirador, localizado en la ciudad de Neiva, que lleva aproximadamente seis años en condición de informalidad; lo que hace pertinente su análisis puesto que permite observar la consolidación de la vivienda.
