El propósito fundamental, es el diseño de vivienda sostenible en el que se establece como espacio, para la reducción del consumo energético en beneficio de los habitantes del municipio de Gigante Huila, aprovechando la materia prima del entorno y la región, para emplear la disminución del consumo energético desde la fabricación, construcción y transporte de los materiales con los que esta echa dicha edificación, de igual manera la implementación de procesos que permitirán la reducción del consumo energético medido en kilovatio (kW) por hora.
