To achieve the objective, a mixed research methodology is applied - Quantitative (descriptive) and Qualitative (action-research) - based on a documentary review technique, in which data from different national organizations and legal guidelines between the years 2014, 2016 and 2018.

La construcción de un espacio adecuado para los estudiantes de Bellas Artes (BA) ha sido un tema a tratar durante varias manifestaciones en la ciudad de Bogotá. La presente investigación tiene como objetivo evidenciar el déficit de espacios enfocados a la enseñanza, muestra y práctica en esta área del conocimiento, con el fin de encontrar las fortalezas y debilidades y así potencializar a través de la propuesta arquitectónica.
