| Sumario: | The construction of a suitable space for students of Fine Arts (FA) has been a topic to be discussed during several demonstrations in the city of Bogotá. The present research aims to demonstrate the deficit of spaces focused on teaching, sample and practice in this area of knowledge, in order to find the strengths and weaknesses and thus potentiate through the architectural proposal. To achieve the objective, a mixed research methodology is applied - Quantitative (descriptive) and Qualitative (action-research) - based on a documentary review technique, in which data from different national organizations and legal guidelines between the
