required for having a cocoa with particular characteristics of aroma and flavor, allowing to lead
to a direction of growth in the productions and good management of product care by farmers.
Allowing to go further, information is collected about which implementations of technological
innovations favor cocoa productions and work as support to farmers, directing to look for ways to
generate better strategies to continue to maintain high productivity and good demand in the
markets.
With the following research it will be proposed which technologies could be applied to
cocoa productions, being able to identify which benefits will be reflected in the implementation
of technological innovations that will allow to promote agriculture for the department in a
competitive way and with great performance, focusing on the objective of improving the quality
of production and guarantee good product to national and international markets, as well as the
fulfillment of a process from cultivation to export where restrictions imposed by the United
States Department of Agriculture for the import of this product will be handled. |

El departamento de Santander, posee factores fundamentales a la hora de llevar un proceso de producción de cacao Fino de Aroma, debido a que se ha identificado por sus demandas en los mercados internacionales, el cacao de Santander es muy requerido por sus particulares características de aroma y sabor, llevando con esto a plantear que la implementación de tecnologías favorecen a las producciones de cacao, direccionando a buscar las formas de generar mejores estrategias para seguir manteniéndose con una alta productividad. Con la siguiente Investigación se planteará cuales tecnologías podrían ser aplicadas al mencionado cultivo de cacao, logrando identificar qué beneficios serán reflejados en la implementación de innovaciones tecnológicas que le permita llegar a promover una agricultura para el departamento de forma competitiva y con gran rendimiento, enfocarse en el objetivo de mejorar la calidad en la producción y garantizar buen producto a los mercados nacionales e internacionales, así mismo al cumplimiento de un proceso desde el cultivo hasta su exportación que supere las restricciones impuestas por el Departamento de Agricultura de Estados Unidos para la importación de este producto.
