For the company Ficol S.A.S. of the city of Barranquilla, I consider making a diagnosis of its own plant distribution, being able to look at the delays that are presented in the current processes, with this diagnosis it will be possible to detect opportunities for improvement of the current plant distribution, allowing to improve the flow of materials, cost reduction with the current space available for current processes. Ficol S.A.S. By submitting to these suggested changes in the plant redistribution, you will have to make a minimal economic investment, compared to an expansion of the current plant infrastructure. In other words, so that these expectations can be met, the current management of the company Ficol S.A.S. I authorize the investigation in your company, where four objectives were established which aim to solve the problem you have thanks to the Analysis of the Systematic Approach of Plant Distribution (S.L.P.).

En la actualidad durante el flujo de los procesos, en las empresas se han venido creando cuellos de botella a raíz de los obstáculos que se han encontrado por la mala distribución de planta, estas organizaciones comienzan a buscar alternativas que sean viales para dar solución a estos problemas. Para la empresa Ficol S.A.S. de la ciudad de Barranquilla, considero realizar un diagnóstico de su propia distribución de planta, pudiendo mirar las demoras que sean presentado en los actuales procesos, con este diagnóstico se podrán detectar oportunidades de mejora de la actual distribución de planta, permitiendo mejorar el flujo de los materiales, la disminución de los costos con el actual espacio con que cuenta para los actuales procesos. Ficol S.A.S. al someterse a estos cambios sugeridos en la redistribución en planta deberá realizar una inversión económica mínima, comparada con una ampliación de la actual infraestructura de la planta. Dicho de otra manera, para que se puedan dar cumplimiento a estas expectativas la actual dirección de la empresa Ficol S.A.S. autorizo la investigación en su empresa, donde se establecieron cuatro objetivos los cuales apuntan a solucionar el problema que tiene gracias al Análisis del Planteamiento Sistemático de la Distribución en Planta (S.L.P.)
