The development of the research took place through the implementation of an interview in order to determine the level of impact of biomechanical risks and high-risk work where the intervention measures will be established from there an initial diagnosis will be generated indicating the Ergonometric flaws that existed in each job and that with this was intended to establish intervention measures that allow the company to define activities for the promotion and prevention of the health and well-being of its workers.

El objetivo de este proyecto de investigación fue realizar un análisis de riesgo biomecánicos y trabajo de alto riesgo de los trabajadores para la empresa Constructora de Obras civiles Construcol S.A.S, con el propósito de elaborar recomendaciones que ayuden en la promoción y prevención de la salud de los trabajadores. Esta investigación es de tipo mixta con enfoque descriptiva bajo la línea investigativa en sistemas integrados de gestión, donde la población objetivo de estudio, fueron los trabajadores que pertenecen a nivel operativo de la empresa CONSTRUCOL S.A..S que se tomó como muestra de análisis a la totalidad de la población objetivo. El desarrollo de la investigación se dio a través de la implementación de una entrevista con el fin de determinar el nivel de impacto de los riesgos biomecánicos y trabajo en alto riesgo donde se establecerán las medidas de intervención de allí se generara un diagnóstico inicial donde indique las falencias de tipo ergonométrico que existían en cada puesto de trabajo y que con esto pretendía establecer las medidas de intervención que le permiten a la empresa definir las actividades para la promoción y la prevención de la salud y bienestar de sus trabajadores.
