To conclude with the need for an organizational design for said company, a a diagnosis in order to know the proper functioning of the company, it is concluded that currently the company does not have a clear and defined organizational design, nor in its defect with an administrative structure that makes it possible to clearly identify the respective processes and internal communication, on the other hand as a need for the design of the organization chart, the mission, vision of the company and manual of functions and processes.

El presente documento, tiene como finalidad investigar acerca del diseño organizacional, su importancia, en las diferentes campos y departamentos de la empresa de seguridad industrial Gestión y Dotaciones SYSMA. Para concluir con la necesidad de un diseño organizacional para dicha empresa, se realizó un diagnóstico con la finalidad de conocer el buen funcionamiento de la empresa, se concluye que actualmente la empresa no cuenta con un diseño organizacional claro y definido, ni en su defecto con una estructura administrativa que permita identificar con claridad los respectivos procesos y comunicación interna, por otra parte como necesidad del diseño del organigrama, la misión, visión de la compañía y manual de funciones y procesos.
