| Sumario: | This project was developed to cover the equipment deficit of
education for people with intellectual disabilities in the urban area of
municipality of Ibagué - Tolima, in the same way it was decided to develop the project in
this territory because it has a high population with said disability, but
with a low academic offer.
Therefore, the analysis was performed to determine the deficit and its location.
resulting in the north-eastern areas of the urban area, this sector
has 27% of the population with intellectual disabilities and does not have a
equipment that provides them with the appropriate education service, investigating
do to the subject I emphasize that there is only one institution with an inclusion system for
this population located to the north-west of the city which serves only one
