El presente artículo describe el análisis del edificio Las Carabelas proyectado por el arquitecto Guillermo Bermúdez Umaña en el transcurso del año 1969 al año 1972. El edificio se estudia desde los apartados de la Forma, la técnica, el lugar y la actividad presentado una metodología clara de análisis de proyectos arquitectónicos.
