Parte de una sustentación teórica para culminar con una propuesta que permita entender problemas relacionados con la situación social, política o cultural de las redes sociales, así como en el análisis de las políticas sociales colombianas, basado en ejemplos y aplicaciones al respecto. El esfuerzo del artículo consiste en desarrollar la teoría y llevarla a la práctica. En este caso, un esquema o plan integral de atención al problema del desplazamiento en Colombia. Por tal motivo, el trabajo se mueve dentro de la línea de la sociología, la pedagogía, la política y la antropología.
